The Reverend Lloyd Nivens IV is a native of Hamlet, North Carolina. His love for God and passion for serving God’s people is evident through his years of dedicated ministry. Reverend Nivens accepted the call to preach The Gospel in 2013 at the age of 17 and has faithfully served as a pastor since 2015.

He is humbled and honored to serve as the pastor of Big Pineville A.M.E. Zion Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he continues to lead God’s people with vision, compassion, and a heart for Kingdom growth.

Reverend Nivens is a proud graduate of Livingstone College, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He went on to receive his Master of Divinity degree from Hood Theological Seminary.
